Legal information
Information about personal-data processing carried out through this website.
The controller is HDA di Davide Busi, VAT no. 09263260961, Milan, Italy. Privacy requests may be sent to info@hydradataanalysis.com.
When you use the contact form, we process your name, organisation, email address, enquiry area, message and confirmation that you have read this notice.
Technical systems may process IP address, user agent, date and time, request outcome and logs required for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics. Do not submit special-category data, credentials or secrets through the form.
When you open a run in the telemetry analyser, your browser requests satellite-basemap images directly from the Esri mapping service. The provider may therefore receive your IP address, technical request data, date and time. A locally opened HDA file remains processed in the browser and is not sent to the mapping service.
We use data to answer your request and take requested pre-contractual steps; to protect the service from abuse on the basis of our legitimate security interest; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Consent is required only to store optional interface preferences. The connection to the mapping service occurs when the user voluntarily opens the analyser and is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in providing the requested geographic representation.
Contact-form data is not used for newsletters or marketing without separate consent.
Enquiries are retained for as long as required to manage them and normally no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is formed, a legal claim must be protected or a different retention duty applies. Security logs are retained for shorter periods proportionate to their purpose.
Data may be processed by technical suppliers acting as processors, including Microsoft Azure services for hosting, Functions, storage and email delivery. The infrastructure is intended to use European regions; any transfer outside the European Economic Area requires the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
The analyser’s satellite basemap is delivered through Esri ArcGIS Online and includes attribution to the provider and imagery contributors. External requests are made only when a run or an HDA file is opened in the analyser.
We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for advertising.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by emailing info@hydradataanalysis.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data-protection authority or your local supervisory authority.
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures, including server-side validation, anti-spam controls, rate limiting and encryption in transit. This notice may be updated when processing or suppliers change. Last updated: 31 July 2026.
